InChina,ChineseTeacher,How

Background Information:

My wife is in China right now.She had 2 degrees in 2 famous chinese universities (NanKai and Chinese Language and Culture Univ.)in her major.Her majors are Chinese Language and Teaching of Chinese.
I heard right now these majors seem to be a big advantage for those who wants to come to USA because America needs Chinese teacher.
Actually she took the qualification test for the Chinese Teacher.Being issued the certificatio or not will be known around this Oct.She is planning to come here this Oct as F2(I am in OPT as PostDoc and can be updated to H1 easily, which means she can also be changed to H4 easily).


So my questions:

1. Is that possible for my wife to apply for some US job in China and come here with that job ???
2. If yes for 1, how, any experience or suggestion???
3. Otherwise (my wife just come here with nothing), when she comes here, what are your suggestions, such as should we move to California or New York because over there the demand for Chinese Teacher is much stronger than other places??
4. I know the qualification certifate for Chinese teacher matters a lot, but, suppose she won't get it because of failing to pass the test. Still do we have chance to do something based on her degree???

In one word, it seems that she has some advantage different. We just don't want to neglect it.

Please try to answer these questions or just give some suggestion, any suggestion.
