The quota number is from one of my friend who got it from BBS MIT, I do not know whether it is true or not.

I want to do the process asap, but I can only push my boss, and my boss push HR, and HR push company's attorney, then the result is the process hasn't started at all. it is the reason why I am so ZHAOJI.

Is there anyone can help me confirm my steps and doc list for application? thanks very much.
