從拿到I-20到file Form I-539，再到最終轉換到F-1身份，最終要多長時間？

我如果能在7月份拿到I-20，還來得及在8月15日前，轉換身份嗎？
-Yes. As long as you file the change of status (I-539), you can legally study and wait for the F1 approval at the same time.
