回複：H1-B 轉換 F-1

公司裁員，我現在的H1-B能保持到08/15/2009。
我申請了一個學校，9月下旬開學。請問如何能夠保證順利把身份轉換到F-1? 隻要是在08/15/2009之前拿到I-20就立即自動轉換到F-1身份了嗎？
