please give me some suggestions about I-485 interview

We got I-485 interview notice. My hu*****and is mainly applied GC for the whole family.So I'm just a dependent but I'm working as H1-B status.The thing I'm very worry about is that I have an arrested record. It was happened 5 years ago when we had a bad argument( we're so regret about that. It's a painful lesson). The case was dismissed with no charge. Do we need a lawyer when we go to the interview? I got all the document include the police report record and the court record report and the no criminal record certificate.Any suggestion please? _:'(
