父母在美國B2簽證，能不能申請加拿大旅遊簽證？但I94已經遞交了。。。

父母是去年11月來的，在5月的時候我已經幫他們遞交了B2延期申請，所以他們護照上的I94沒了，這樣的話能申請加拿大旅遊簽證嗎？
