急問：140批準一年半，485遞上去PENDING近兩年，layoff後

公司會不會REVOKE I-140？
一位朋友的I-140已經批準有1年半了，485 也遞上去近兩年了（是07年7月份都CURRENT時遞的）。昨天被雷。請問原公司有權利REVOKE已經批準一年半的I-140嗎？
