回複：急問：140批準一年半，485遞上去PENDING近兩年，layoff後

一位朋友的I-140已經批準有1年半了，485 也遞上去近兩年了（是07年7月份都CURRENT時遞的）。昨天被雷。請問原公司有權利REVOKE已經批準一年半的I-140嗎？
-As long as he/has a new job in the same/similar area, his/her I-485 will not be affected even if the old employer revokes the approved I-140.
