pjiang和眾高人：提交485時的雇主信應該和回複RFE的一樣麽？

我現在剛要提交基於EB-1B的485 申請，請問在package 當中的雇主信應該寫的和回複RFE的一樣麽？
也就是說，什麽permanent position, job duties 的都要寫上麽？一定要hr的人寫麽？

像這樣行麽？
