Some revision id needed such as:

.....xxxx State University, xxx, xxx. Dr. XXX's responsibilities are...... The appointment is a full-time and tenure-track position....

If your position is not tenure-track, you need to indicate this position is a permanent positiion. Also, you had better ask the Dean to sign this letter also.
