您知道有要求提前多長時間去簽證嗎，簽下來的有效期是根據我的行程來的還是有一個固定的期限？

The Schengen Tourist Visa processing time varies case by case. E.g. French and Swiss Embassies process in 2-3 weeks; Spanish Consulate issues to you in 2 hours (if you qualify); But you should at least give them 2-3 weeks to work, to be safe.

The validation will depend on your itinerary and the dates you requested in the application form. If you are permanent resident of US, they might grant you a 3 months. But still, it varies.

看見簽證要求有行程安排，是否要買了機票才能去簽呢？要求出示酒店的預訂，如果從荷蘭領事館申請簽證，是否一定要在Holland停留住宿呢，轉機行不行？

轉機行. Don't have to stay in a hotel for Holland entrance. You can choose KLM airline and it has to land in Amsterdam anyway. Then you can transfer to Greece once you enter the custom. But, you need to circle "transit" on your application form. And you'd better show them the return ticket.
