如何把老婆加入我的485申請？

老婆剛剛H4來美國，我想讓她加入我的485申請（PERM EB2）。問題是我的485已經file
了，PD是FEB2006。公司律師告訴我要等我的status Current之後，綠卡批之前才能遞
交申請。但據我周圍的幾個朋友告訴我應該可以立刻遞交。十分疑惑中，請問這裏那位
可以知道的嗎？
