我妹妹到底要不要因此申請RE-ENTRY PERMIT? 一般5個工作日來不來得及拿到? 如果她的護照在下次入境的時候已經是另一本新的護照了,那麽她是否可以不去申請呢?
-From your description, she absolutely needs to get the RE-ENTRY PERMIT. Otherwise her green card will be cancelled soon. She can submit the application now (it is a very simple procedure), and then come back to do the fingerprinting after getting the RFE. Then she can go to Europe for her study. After you receive the RE-ENTRY PERMIT, you can send it to her.
