Thank you for encouragement. I know my criteria is marginal. What do you think will be the key to make mine an appealing case? By the way, the two highlights by the journals didn't mention my name, only advisor's name was mentioned. This will make my case even weaker. Any suggestions? The attorney told me that if my name was not mentioned in media, it is not counted. Sigma Xi is not counted as serious either. My attorney also prefers to having a dozen times of reviewing experience as an independent reviewer, so reviewing experience with my supervisor is not useful.
