My condition is:
1. US PhD in biology, currently a postdoc at a University
2. 14 peer reviewed papers in International journals, 3 first author, cited > 200 times. 2 dozens conference and retreat abstracts/talks. Most others are second author and one is a Cell paper. One comment/preview with my advisor on Cell; invited to write a review for a small journal but declined;
3. 6 reference letters, two from PhD and postdoc advisors, 1 from collaborator, 2 independent, one is from Europe, one is from US;
4. One first author paper and one second author paper were highlighted by the journal in the issues;
5. A cancer foundation postdoc fellowship award for 3 years (postdoc is PI), private foundation;
6. reviewed 3 times so far for two small journals as independent reviewers, still working on this;
7. Sigma Xi, and 2 other professional society membership.
Thanks for any feedback.
