“the intent of I-140 sponsor to hire you still must exist. The burden of proof of such intent is on the petitioner and you. So, the proof you will provide is the promise to rehire/future offer in formal writing. And with the promise of future offer from the sponsor,”
這句話是否意思是“如果pending前換工作，除了要原公司開具繼續sponsor的文件？還是隻要現在的公司開具能夠sponsor offer的文件就行了？”
