回複：向老師求教材-急!!

我被原公司裁員後,公司律師告訴我,我一旦找到了新工作,必須通知原公司.他們將縮短我的termination date, 從原來的3/1 變成 whatever date that I start my new job. 我不懂有什麽必要.我已找到新工作,準備用EAD(第一次激活EAD).請問大師,這是法律規定嗎? 多謝!!!
