- When you start using EAD, you're OOS of H-1b. That's what it meant. So is it when you stop working for I-129 sponsor.

When you become OOS, you are in AOS since you have I-485 pending.

when I tell my current company that I have a new job, the violation problem will be gone if they accelerate my termination date. I am confused here. Please advise.
