唉， 我這個是H1B approval 了，可是附信說我extension of stay request be denied. The decision leaves the beneficiary without lawful immigration status and he or she is therefore present in the US in Violation of law.

然後I-797上說"If any of the named worker apply for a visa at a consulate other than the one listed above, the petitioner should file form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, to request us to notify the new Consulate".

問題是我要不要File I-824然後去加拿大簽呢？如果要file，怎麽file？ 律師給我說讓我直接去簽，是這樣麽？？
