急RFE未收到, 可以要求移民局email 內容嗎？Many thanks !!!

Can anyone who had the same experience share some information ? I heard there is only 30 days limitation now．It has almost been 2 weeks since the online status change. I called USCIS and they said the time frame won't change even if I didn't receive the letter. Will the infopass help with this issue ? What will USCIS usually do if RFE is lost in the mail which is something that I hope won't happen ?
