H1-H4 pending 期間又找到工作那個H1的時間問題

沒了工作，換成h4，剛遞上不到一個月，還在等批，現在有可能有其他工作機會，不知道在申請H1有什麽時間上的問題？我是說H4 h1 誰先批誰後批的麻煩事。。各位有什麽建議？謝謝
