我是說H4 h1 誰先批誰後批的麻煩事。。各位有什麽建議？
-You may go outside of U.S. such as China, Mexico, Canada to get an H4 visa and come back. Thus, your status will be H4 immediately. Once you find a job, just change your h4 status to H1.
