PJ Teacher and other teachers:
I got a request from INS to processing I485: they wanted a current employment letter. Because I changed the job after 180 days, so my attorney wanted to provide him:
1. employment letters from my previous and current employers and he will file AC 21.
2. my 2007 W-2 and all my 2008 paycheck stubs from my previous employer
3. no paycheck stubs from my current employer.
My question is since USCIS did not request paycheck but just employment letter, do I really need to submit all paycheck stubs of 2008?
Thanks very much,
Further Evidence request from INS---Pls help
