My question is since USCIS did not request paycheck but just employment letter, do I really need to all paycheck stubs of 2008?
-Not necessary. Your just need to provide USCIS a letter from your current employer indicating the date you began to work for him, current job title, resposibilities, salary, whether is permenant position; and the copy of your resignation to your previous employer; and cover letter showing your I-485 was filed more than 180 days and I-140 was approved, so your change of employer meet the AC21 rule. That is all.
