the official reason provided by INS is that all the Indian EB3 cases have much older Priority Date compared with Chinese EB3 cases. INS assigned the visas left over from the rest of world based on, guess what? Priority Date!!! So of course, Indian folks get more cases approved.
How do you folks gonna attack that explanation????
