就是可以請公司先給unpaid leave,以後一個月再給paycheck嗎？這樣就可以多一個月時間。
-可以, as long as your company agree to do that.
--請問，這樣做不會再中間身份空檔嗎？有點不太明白。

或者，如果轉成LD的h4,以後再轉回H1,還要參加名額抽簽嗎？
-可以, you do not need to 參加名額抽簽 any more if you change h4 status to H1 again.

-Yes, it is a very regular status change.
必須是4月1號遞交新的H1嗎？
-No, you can do it anytime as long as you find a job.
