就是可以請公司先給unpaid leave,以後一個月再給paycheck嗎？這樣就可以多一個月時間。

或者，如果轉成LD的h4,以後再轉回H1,還要參加名額抽簽嗎？
-可以, you do not need to 參加名額抽簽 any more if you change h4 status to H1 again.
