幫朋友問

她現在的身份是J1 ,是在美國大學與中國聯合培養的博士生, 目前還沒有辦豁免, 最後期限是明年1月份到期.她準備1月份回去辦豁免, 然後2月份申請美國的大學F1 簽證過來讀書.

請問:
1: 如果1月回去, 在沒有豁免的情況下, 可以申請F1 簽證嗎?

2; 如果現在延期J1 , 人在美國而不回國,叫國內開證明來辦豁免, 辦好之後再回國(要博士答辯), 申請F1 簽證可以拿到嗎?

3: 目前的簽證是J1 , 可以直接申請學校讀書嗎?
