I can understand your frustration. Try go to infopass or talk to your congressman office for help. Remember sometime it's difficult to let USCIS people understand your situation, even if you talk them face to face.

I think you needn't call USCIS as I was told the people answer the phone (even if it is called IO by us) can't see if you are EB 3 or EB2. You can call to check with them if they can see which category you are. My experience is that they can't see that.
