I did called the USCIS National Service Office today, the the so called IO told me that I shall send a letter with my EB2 I140 to NSC and remind them to check my case. But I really doubt whether this will be working at all becasue I sent letter to NSC in June, and no any response so far. I guess I need to wirte to the congressman to ask for help.
