Used AP, 485 pending under spouse, spouse lose job, I have my H1

We filed 485 using my spouse's LC and 140 (approved), I used AP entered US this summer, I did not use EAD, I have my own H1-B valid until 12/2010.

So my status right now is parlor? if my spouse lose job and cannot find a job in the same field, will our 485 still valid? will my status still valid? I know I can change my status back to H1-B by renewing, but that can only be done in 2010 when my current H-1B expires, so what's my status from now to 12/2010?
