我的CASE是 2004 年以EB2-RIR-LC 方式開始的，期間曆經 BEC
2 年有餘的無奈，09/2006，Labor Cert. 批準；然後就
是體檢，手印code3, 11/2006同時遞交140+485。02/2007 140批準；
然後繼續無奈。12/2007 給 FBI, 本州議員，布什老婆上書要求解決
name check，1/2008 看見485 LUD了一下，2/2008 收到FBI回複，
說他們巨忙，要俺繼續無奈；期間無數的InfoPass, 怎一個【等】字了得。
自此485再無任何變化；

8月份PD Current 了; 8/14/2008, Call TSC N次，終於得知NC通過，但木有
指定IO，被告知再等60天，嗬嗬，到了這種地步，一切都蛋定了；於是寫了
申辯信，分別以FAX， EMAIL， Mail Letter 的形式發給了Ombudsman，
First Lady和本州參眾議員；正準備下一步戰鬥的時候，意外收到了
Card production ordered 的EMail.

經驗總結：

1. 不管是否有用，堅持CALL，寫信，FAX，EMAIL給FBI, Ombudsman,
本州參眾議員以及First Lady，投訴自己的遭遇；聯係info:

a. Fax complaints to TSC: [phone];
b. Printed dhs7001 form and mailed to ombudsman;
c. Email complaints to Ombudsman:
[e-mail], [e-mail]
d. Fax complaints to Ombudsman: [phone]
e. CALL 1-800-375-5283: 1-2-2-6-1 Enter your receipt number-
1-1-3-4 to buzz a representative again and again.

2. NC過了, GC 就不搖遠了；

3. 經常自問自答【如今能持否】？

4. 經常問候USCIS, TSC 祖上安好；
