We are going to return USA after landing Canada tommorow. We have AP and I94 Card with us .When we entered Canada, we didn't have chance to turn in our I94 to USA border custom. My hu*****and used his AP Feb. 2008 after he came back from China, so his AP expired 2/2009 and there is Paroled stamp on it.
My I -94 card comes from H4 (I797)approve letter( the right bottom corner),not expired yet. But I don't bring the whole H4 approve letter with me, I just tear off the little I94 card with me.we also have the 485 application copy receipt (the original in my laywer place). which way can let us go back USA?
1. both using I94?
2.both using AP? but if we use AP, we will get new I94,how to deal with the old ones? there is any problem if we still keep the old I94 and get new I-94 at the border?
please give any suggestion!
