What's about this emai? Thanks!

I receive the following email from USCIS but never get the letter. I called the uscis and the people did not know what the document sent out. My lawyer also talked with them and they still could not find out. The last words from USCIS and my lawyer was that sometime the computer made mistakes. Did they fool me or they are right? My case NIW, PD 03/2006, I-485 07/27/2008 filed to TSC.

On November 30, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
