Thank you Pjiang. In other words, only the new company can cancel the transfer, right? Of course, I am only talking about a very very slight chance I actually decide not to go to the new company. Just in case I did not go and the new company does not want to cancel, what would happen? Of course, the new company might cancel it and demand the money back (paid for the H-1B transfer).
