Experts (PJiang, xiaobaitu, etc): Cancel a pending H-1B transfer

My case:

PD 2/2006 at NSC, I-140 approved and I-485 pending about a year. Thinking about changing my job and already signed with another company. The lawyer appointed by the new company is already filed H-1B transfer for me a week ago. My old company decided to match the offer and there might be slight chance I might choose to stay. If I choose to stay, I have to cancel H-1B transfer. Just want to know if anyone has the experience to cancel a pending H-1B transfer?
