關於AP renew得頭疼問題

今年九月份過期，上個月剛用AP從國內回來。現在公司的律師剛file renew。可是這個月底可能要去一趟歐洲，到時候新的AP肯定沒有批,不知道在新的AP pending時用舊的AP去歐洲會不會認為是放棄新的AP或者是我的458?
