In the introduction of I-131, it says clearly that if travel outside US while AP application is pending, the application is considered abandoned. So, this rule does not apply if my old AP still valid, right? I know I have no problem comming back as long as my old AP is valid. I am worrying about the application for my new AP may be considered abandoned. Thanks.
