My I-140 was approved in January 2007 and the priority date is Feb. 2006.
I asked my lawyer several times in case that I missed the letter, and my lawyer told me that it was fine since the process of name check is so long that many people has to do a second time FP. The lawyer even sent an inquiry last year, and response was neutral. I don't know whether it will change in August since my priority date has been met.
