485收件時間2007年8月，還沒有收到指紋通知，正常嗎？

各位大俠，我去年7月份遞交了485(EB2)，收件時間為2007年8月，還沒有收到指紋通知，請問這正常嗎？我的PRIORITY DATE是2006年2月。
