"My last H1B working day is 6/27/08",-什麽意思?

看了LZ的帖子,很為LZ 著急. MYLAWYER 和PJING 的回答,完全不一樣.但結果可能對
LZ產生很大影響(比如,你不知道H4 什麽時候批,)我感覺是LZ 沒說清楚造成的.
1)如果6/27/08 是你最後一天去公司上班,但你的H1B(I-94 有效期為準)直到新公司
給同意辦H1B還沒到期. ---考慮MYLAWYER 方案. ( USCIS 並不知道你已6/27/08被
雷)
2)如果6/27/08 是你法定H1B 到期日, 考慮PJING 方案..
