Hi,Pjing and Mylawyer,

so the solution is H1B transfer plus H4 application revoking after receiving H1B transfer receipt.

I also can start working after receiving H1B transfer receipt.

(one more thing, HR people told me they will let company's lawyer to report to USCIS for my leaving, is there any negative impact for new H1B transfering?)
