H1b, Pjiang and xiaobaito, and ...

I want to be back to China this summer. I am a tenture track assistant prof. with H1b. I came with J1. in 2003. I am really homesick since I have not been back to China for 5 years. I want to know the risk to be rejected if my family with me apply for a H1b again in Shanghai.

The I-140's were approved. My major is civil.
