Help my daughter!!!

Our green card were approved last year(my huaband, my daughter and me). One week later, my hu*****and and I received our GC and approve notice. My daughter also received notice. However, my daughter did not recieved her GC. From then, we called TSC again and again, they just told us wait."You will receive it soon....". Our lawyer also contacted with the USCIS. The answer is zero. We went to Info Pass again and again,they just stamped one month GC permit on her passport and said"we are ordering her GC". The results are still zero. Nothing happens. Almost 7 months past, we really don't know what can we do and who can resolv our problem.Please, give us some suggestions. Thank you very much.
