My wife and I got the cards two months ago. But my 7-year old daughter only got approval notice. She did biometrics 1.5 months ago. On May 21, "Card production ordered" email
for her case. However, until 20 June we hadn't received the card. I called TSC on June 20, then that evening the online message became "On June 20, we ordered production of your new card ...". Until today, we haven't received anything, but another soft LUD as "On June 26, we ordered production of your new card ...". When this loop could reach an end????????????
