My recommendation for you is to find a job in the same city or try to keep your permanent address. Usually you wouldn't get 140 or 485 RFE if you don't relocate.
People who change job based on AC21 Memo do not have to file AC21 and notify the USCIS about the job change. The CIS will issue RFE if you have filed address change. For the visa officer, it's apparent that you have left your current sponsor when your address had been changed to a different state.
