急！130被拒導致485被拒，485方該FILE WHAT, TO WHERE?
- I-485 can not be reopened separately.
You, being beneficiary, are disqualified to file MTR.
When the petitioner files MTR on I-130, the I-485 is reopened automatically.

婚姻5年，已經要走到頭了，不能再REFILE了。隻想把暫時難關度過，以免收到遞解令。
- As long as the divorce has not been official, I-130 is approvable.
