It depends.

You might be a lucky one who happens to find some good lawyers. Lawyers, like other professionals, is similar to a basket of apples. Some are good and some are bad. Before a bite, you don't know for sure which one is which just from the outside. Even worse, some apples will give you a good taste in the mouth first but unbearable pain in the stomach later. You could argue that paying a higher price might get you a better lawyer. This is true to certain extent. But we all know another fact: A Chinese student is more a bargain hunter than a treasure hunter due to the financial constraint.
