Lawyers are NOT chemists, physists, mechanical engineers, assistant professors ... They can present your case well if you can explain your materials to any people. If you can not make them understandable to anyone, you should not expect lawyer either.

I know you work in company. You can pay attention to your MBA managers. You should deal your lawyer the same way as you talk your manager -- key points & plain words
