請問Pjiang, TX_Kitty 等老師 幾個 DIY H1-B extension 問題

我在一學校教書. 三年前自己出錢請律師辦的H1B. 所有材料都留有備份. 現在該renew了. 學校sponsor, 但要自付所有費用. 想自己辦. 拜讀了pjiang 和 TX_Kitty老師的大作, 首益非淺, 但仍有幾個問題,煩請指教.

1)ETA 9035E Page 4 section I, Contact Information
首次申請, 這裏填的是律師的信息. 現能填我自己的Contact Information?


2)想讓移民局把收據和approval notice寄給本人, 可行嗎? 在哪裏填本人的地址?

I-129 section 2, Employer’s mailing address

收據和approval notice是寄到這個地址嗎? 首次申請, 填的是律師的地址, 這裏能填我的地址嗎?

雖然在section3.2 填有本人地址, 但移民局會把材料寄到這個地址嗎?

3)I-129 section 7, Signature of person preparing form

首次申請是律師簽的字. 這次自己填 I129,然後讓學校immigration counselor 簽字.我需要在這裏簽字嗎?
